It seems up to the task of holding lots of weight for years to come. I tried the titan rack and it it’s much bulkier and projects farther from the wall than I wanted.Plan on mounting this directly on the floor or baseboard long as you can find your studs, this is a very straight forward install and does exactly what it advertises very well.In the end, a couple hundred bucks to get plates off the floor, organized, and stored neatly was worth it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Equipment & Customer Service *by J***. on October 12, 2021* First of all, the plate racks came twice as fast as indicated, followed directly by a customer service email making sure that everything arrived as expected. Secondly, the quality of the product is outstanding. I was nervous about hanging the amount of weight we have on a stud system, so I dispersed on two plate racks w/wings. Each rack is holding 245lbs. (490 total lbs.) and is absolutely solid. I should mention, one of the wing plates had a "catch:" there was too much metal in the elbow of the male piece, so the wing wouldn't slide into female top piece. I contacted customer service and they took care of it with immediate attention. These things happen, but are rarely handled so efficiently and with such pride in their workmanship. (I also purchased the PRx bar holder and love it. The bar doesn't rock, sets in snuggly, and fits under a lower ceiling.) I couldn't be more pleased with this system. It has transformed my gym. I used to use an "A" frame plate rack and it took up so much space, did damage to the floor, and I had to take smaller plates off to get to bigger plates stored underneath them. PRx plate storage with wings is efficient, clean, sturdy, and hugely space-saving. All the stars! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Quality and packaging *by H***A on August 2, 2024* I was not going to buy these because PRX customer service is horrible but they are really the only company that makes a good version of this storage item. They were cheaper on Amazon than on the PRX site as well.I tried to buy the cheap import version of these first to save money and OMG what a disaster. Parts just tossed in a box and the paint was already pealing off. Parts were bent and they weld the posts from the front not the back like PRX. Needless to say, they were returned immediately.So I spent the extra money and bought the PRX version and wow, they are really nice, well-made, perfect paint, and the welds are on the back of the posts where they should be. Also, the packaging was very well done and held the items in place, so there was no damage.This is one of those times when you understand the difference of high quality versus trying to get away with a lower cost cheaper items.
