It's more bitter in flavor and has a lower caffeine content due to overroasting. It's hard to find a good light roast coffee because most roasters want to sell darker roasts to increase profits (I'm looking at you Yuckbucks) which needs sugar to make it more palatable, thus increasing the addiction levels to their products. Light or medium roast coffee provides those natural flavors that so many coffee connoisseurs are looking chasing in every cup. This coffee roaster does it right.
