The little key string attachment thingy (wow, excuse my poor description) but you know you put your key in there and then it dont get lost in the bag, its right there. Incredibly handy when you have soooo many pockets...although I must remember to use it...I still find myself rummaging around for my keys. Anyway, you can't run out of space with this bag. I use it for the new baby and my 2 year old. Fits 2 full clothes change for the toddler, 3 for the baby. Enough nappies for days...literally. can fit a few books, a child's favourite toy.oh and it came with that Incredibly smart changing mat bag thingy (sorry)...its so awesome. Nappies on one side wipes in the other, zip at the front for nappy sacks and creams. So handy. Folds up small. And talking of small no need to pack small snacks with this bag. I pack extras (for a mum who sometimes forgets herself and dont eat-talking about myself by the way). Plenty of food for containers and packet bits. Two big pockets for water bottles on the side.
