I have been looking for one of these non-stick silicone baking mats for a while. So when I saw this I ordered one! The awesome thing about this Elegant kitchen Non-Stick Baking mat is that goes to the oven, microwave and freezer; Can be used from -40°F to 480°F; Great working surface for dough, candy, chocolate and more. This mat fits US Half Size baking sheets; Flexible, practical and easy to handle; It is 11-1/32 x 16-17/32 inches. This goes right on a cookie sheet and you place the cookies on this mat and throw it in the oven! Because it is a completely nonstick pad this replaces sprays, grease, foil, parchment paper and other liners. Clean it easily by hand or in the dishwasher. They are wonderful for baking cookies but also for baking things like chicken breasts. Even using a barbecue sauce or sticky sauce with the chicken nothing sticks to the mat. They wipe clean and are ready to be washed with soapy water. I received this free or virtually so for product testing and review. No more parchment paper for me. This is even better then parchment paper. I was not sure when I got the mat if it would be as good as the parchment paper. I could not wait to try the mat out so as soon as it was delivered I washed the mat and I made a batch of oatmeal cookies. On a plain pan my oatmeal cookies always stick and sometimes leaves round marks on my pan. When I bake them on parchment paper sometimes I rip the paper trying to get them up. When I used the mat to bake my cookies I absolutely fell in love with the mat. The mat didn't slide around on my cookie sheet like parchment sometimes does It could be my imagination but my cookies seemed to be more evenly cooked. But the very best part was removing the cookies. They were so easy to remove from the mat. I was so impressed I called my husband over to the counter and asked him to try. He was just as impressed. Even though he was impressed he was concerned about taste. He sat down and devoured the cookies. We both agreed they tasted good. When I baked the cookies I did not put too many cookies on my mat cause I was not sure how they would bake up. Now I load up my mat just like always. I did buy this cookie sheet at a discount to write a fair and honest review. I am so happy I chosen to do this or I would never of known how wonderful they are.
