**Q: For an amateur trying to replace this part in a click, how do you know if you need the 20mm or the 13mm?**
A: I would take the old one off your click and measure it

**Q: Would these hands be too small for a 19.5 inch round wood ?**
A: Hands are much to short for that size clock, if you look at the specs you'll see the longest hands are only about 5 - 51/2 inches long
