The quality is outstanding, and I highly recommend it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tasty addition to the pantry! *by F***S on August 12, 2024* I’d never had pomegranate molasses before but had a grilled chicken recipe that called for it and sounded good. This was so good! There aren’t any substitutes that would give this particular flavor. We eat a lot of foods from different countries and traditions but this has a unique and delicious flavor that adds a nice twist to our usual, fairly wide array, of seasonings. I’d totally get this again and recommend it to others. It’s a great value. I’ve used it again for recipes I’ve made up and it’s always worked. Especially good on chicken and it’s a nice, smooth, syrupy thickness that’s perfect for brushing onto food while grilling or using in a dipping sauce. I’ve also put just a few drops of it on green beans or cooked carrots and it’s been delicious - especially when roasting carrots. I haven’t made salad dressing with it but there are recipes out there that do - it seems like it would be a good substitute for balsamic in a vinaigrette.
