I have that exact same set up and I use it for it and it works perfect. I'm extremely happy with it. **Q: Is the k-link cable the same as a usb c cable?** A: Yes, it is, that's what I use to link my lights **Q: Are these any good for a 75 gal and can you use this with 2 A80's and what do you need to make them work together as far as programming the timing** A: I didnt find much interest when trying it. I ended up getting a power strip and put a wifi plug on it. Then programmed my timers for off and on. Depending on what lights you have the controller can do more or less based off the model number. I would check Kessils site for compatibility and what the controller actually does for your lights. For mine it wasnt much. **Q: Does this have a sunrise/sunset function? And a timer?** A: I use it for freshwater, unlike my other lights it doesn't have a specific sunrise or sunset option for freshwater but you can create something similar to one of each with the color settings for each time of the graph ex; reds and yellows.
