We use it at our creamery for spaces where we need to show that the temperature is accurate and prove it to our state, federal and municipal inspectors as well as our 3rd party GFSI auditors. We adjust temperatures according to what this unit says rather than attempt to calibrate the far more primitive sensors on walk in chillers and refrigerators. The certificate was good for 24 months. Some great functions memory high and low etc. we have been using these for years and this unit has an improved probe with a larger glycol bottle. (Get the glycol option if you are establishing temperature stability and don’t need temperature swings every time a door is opened). Beware that if switching C° and F° you need to restart the unit. There is no connectivity at this low price and I’m ok with this. Super easy to set up.
