How do I bring it lower? I tried pushing the arm down but goes back to a higher position.** A: I'm not sure which hex screw to lower it to sit? I have it at the right height for standing but I thought it would be alot easier to lower if I wanted to sit and not have to get out a hex screw do that each time I want to adjust.
