That was in April 2024 and then I discovered Super Nail Buffing Cream in October 2024 and everything changed. Rubbing the cream onto my nails until their shined not only improved the look of my nails but they started to grow and got stronger. I think the rubbing encouraged growth and they look really good compared to April. They look polished but there is no nail polish involved as you can see on the last phot of just the thumb. I am so proud of the difference, they are back like they used to be and I don't have to hide my hands anymore. I use it a few times a week while watching TV and am sure to also massage oil into the cuticles; I think any good moisturizer will do. It is not expensive, lasts a very long time as it only requires a small dab per nail. It works for me and hopefully will do the same for you. It is my secret weapon!
