I use it to check the PH levels of my fermented hot sauce for shelf storage safety. **Q: Does this work to test the pH in sourdough and final bread dough?** A: Hello Yes as long as it's the one with the spear tip electrode for easy penetration. Other wise you have to make slurry with a portion of dough and deionized water. Then you can use a normal meter. I have the Water Meter and so far it has been one of the best meters I've had.
