These have been the best knee pads to prevent pain while practicing and taking multiple shots for coaching purposes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Nice Knee Pads *by M***T on June 29, 2021* This wrestling knee pad is exactly as I remembered it. These are THICCC and probably more padding than most people care for; the surface area of the padding is about 7x5 inches. This is probably my 5th piece. Not due to poor quality, but because they're so nice, I have given the first 4 away. They are sold individually, NOT in pairs. I used two originally for wrestling. Then got 2 more. After wrestling, teammates and I used them for Kung Fu/Wushu/stunts on wood floors, concrete, pavement, etc. They are also very nice for working around the house. Now, I purchased 1 knee pad for BJJ & wrestling, maybe even for judo. I have the medium/large size. It's snug, but will break in after use. My quads are 21-22 inch diameter, so larger thighs should look elsewhere. I've only had 1 of them "fail" where the internal padding was torn in half, but the padding never shifted. It just folded in half easily.
