## Description

Little Feat's classic 1978 live double album, reissued complete on 2 CDs with 10 bonus tracks, seven unissued (mostly unheard mixes)! That unreleased material joins such classic fare as Oh Atlanta; Dixie Chicken; Willin' , and Tripe Face Boogie one of the better live albums ever waxed.

Review: A classic back better than it has been in years. - This review refers to the Live Deluxe version with 27 tracks. What do I mean better than it has been in years? Let me explain. I purchased this double live set back in the 70's and it was constantly on my turntable. The double album set is absolutely one of the best albums ever. I still own my original vinyl version and I have nearly wore out the groves. Why you ask? Why not go buy the CD? I did, it was one of my first CD purchases and I have regretted it ever since, I hated the CD version. First off, did I mention the album was a double-album set? And the total time of all the songs added together came out to 81 minutes and 38 seconds. Did you know that a CD cannot hold more that 80 minutes of music? Did I mention that the double-album set was made into a single CD? Now how do you put an album with over 81 minutes of music on an 80 minute cd? Oh and don't forget about the 2 second silence between the 17 tracks, that totals another 32 seconds. So with the silence between the tracks 2 minutes and 10 seconds had to be trimmed from one of the best albums of all time. Yes the original CD release was missing one whole track, it was only 1:01 but a whole track. That still leaves a minute and 9 seconds to trim. So let's take one of the best songs on the album, Spanish Moon, and fade into it and fade out of it so we can trim so more time. You get the pictue. The original CD was missing one whole song and small parts of two or three other songs. I HATED IT. Now my favorite Album has been given back to me in it entirety, with even some bonus tracks. I already had some of these tracks on an outtakes album called "Hoy Hoy" but a few of the bonus tracks are new to me. Some of the tracks are out of order from the original track order and the track order of the first CD but that is small stuff. All the tracks are back and complete. If you have never heard this album, well, you should. If you want to just try one song, get Spanish Moon. I don't think you will be disappointed.
Review: Pure 70s Southern Rock - August 8th 1977, I was there at Lisner Auditorium in DC, Best Concert I have been to and I have seen all the greats like original Lynyrd Skynyrd (Ronnie Van Zandt, Allen Collins), Zeppelin, Leslie West and Mountain. 70s was the best Rock. I have the Double Album bought in 1978 along with Hoy Hoy which also has songs from the concert at Lisner. Most experts and Rockers will tell ya Waiting for Columbus is still the best live album of all times. Got the CD for my car. Lowell George and Ronnie Van Zandt were masters when it came to Music

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Knock-down, drag-out excellent disc!

Man, I missed the boat on these guys. I just checked them out in 2024. My friends have been raving about these band and this disc in particular since it came out. So, I'm late to the party again. But at least I got here. Great, great disc. The band was on fire and all the extra material is of the same quality as the songs on the original release. Just killer, good time stuff. I've been playing the hell out of this and my Sea Level CDs all winter.
