I know it won't really be "fried" but I would love something I could bring to work and have a sunnyside up style egg to eat for breakfast. I like scrambled but they aren't my fav.** A: I haven't tried to do that yet, but I'm not sure how it would work out. I think the yolk would probably explode rather than 'set'. But, I have made Egg McMuffin style sandwiches with it using English muffins and it does that really well. **Q: Can you do fried eggs in this or just scrambled?** A: I would not call what it does to an egg either "fried" or "scrambled". The egg gets "poached" just like what comes on a McDonalds Egg McMuffin. The moisture in the egg actually steams the egg. No instructions came with it but you don't have to be a master chief to figure it out. **Q: Is this item BPA-free?** A: I have no idea.....sorry. I am enjoying it though! Not any info. included. **Q: Mine arrived sealed in a clear bag with absolutely no instructions. Where did you look to see how long and how many to cook safely?** A: It’s a trial and error thing but so worth it! I make mine like me a mini omelet (1 egg), whipping it with cheese, bacon crumbles, green chili and salt and pepper. I microwave mine 1:15 minutes and either eat it alone or add it to a mini bagel w salsa. So good and easy, even the grandkids (ages 9 and 11) can make a healthy quick after school snack.
