## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is it collapsible?**
A: This reflex hammer is not collapsible.

**Q: Hi there, I purchased this hammer recently and it was delivered today. I can't figure out how to get the red tip off. Does anyone have tips/tricks?**
A: The red tip just pulls off. It protects the sharper tip of the Queen's Hammer. Maybe the suction is too great to just manually pull it off? Maybe soak the end of the hammer in very hot water to loosen up the red plastic tip? Never had this happen. Hope u can find a solution!

**Q: Can you personalized this product?**
A: If u had an engraver at home, and a steady hand, u probably could engrave something on the long handle.

**Q: You guys have a smaller one ?**
A: Are u asking about a smaller Queen's Hammer? I've never seen a smaller one. The hammer circle end acts like a pendulum along with gravity to elicit reflexes. The gentle swing of the handle produces a gentle strike to the body reflex u r testing. Would a smaller handle complete that maneuver? The long handle is aggravating to carry in ur lab coat pocket.
