**Q: how do you keep the head up so you can install a new nozzle on a 5000 series sprinkler head**
A: I personally use channel locks to hold the head up and keep it from retracting back into the body. Other than that you basically have no choice but to hold it with one hand as you push the nozzle in with your other.

**Q: What is the difference between the regular and the “Limited edition” option?**
A: There is no difference the “standard” edition is the only one Rainbord manufacturers.

**Q: I bought this item and when i received the package there was nothing in the package. How do i get the one i paid for?**
A: just contact Amazon and they should be able to assist you.

**Q: Can this tool work with 6000 series heads?**
A: Yes, this tool will work perfectly with the series 6000 rain bird heads.
