**Q: How deep is the stretch compared to an inversion table?**
A: Hi there, the P2 is designed more for a quick and subtle decompression either for travel or office use. It isn't going to be as deep as the inversion table. -Teeter Team

**Q: How often do you need to use this? How long do results last**
A: I got results with my first 5-minute traction session with the back stretcher.  I am careful to apply pressure very lightly, building to strong traction pressure for eight sets of 15-seconds—then release pressure SLOWLY for vertebral safety.  Combined with light, tolerable exercise,  about three days relieves lower back pain onset.  A few sets per day, every day, will assist with chronic back pain.

**Q: Is it safe if you have a hunchback?**
A: The P2 Back Stretcher provides a very subtle, but effective stretch. You should be safe using this, but we always recommend checking with your physician before starting a new exercise or therapy.
