I bought a couple of these, one to use right away, and one uses a backup. I just open the second package and it won't charge. I've used this exact same Bluetooth for the last for five years and I've never had this happen before. Apparently there's something wrong with it electronically. Frustrated because the return window was months ago. I didn't know there was anything wrong with it so I didn't set up to have it replaced. Now that the return window is over and I have a Bluetooth that doesn't work, I'm out the money I paid for it and don't have a Bluetooth.
