    Profits seem more important than customer support

Firmware releases and updates break presentations. This occurred on three different occasions, with the last one being the final straw. Support is through email only and responses can take a long time. You are also required to sign up for an account in order to place help tickets. Worked with a gentleman (Lyndon A.) from support who was not able to fix my problem. He seemed more concerned selling me priority support, which is basically the same cost as a Microsoft support phone call. (400 dollars for a call back w/in 4 hours) and closing tickets as soon as possible. We spent close to three thousand dollars on several of these and we are down on our digital signage and have been for over a month.I would highly recommenced you try a different solution.

Perfect device for our use. Our receptionist can use her desktop computer and the included software to tailor the presentation on our 46" lobby display based on who's the schedule of who's coming in that week. The display can show slideshows, videos, and logos on the display for the folks waiting in the lobby. Very cool and quite powerful for this price point.

    Worst product ever

Worst product ever! Stopped working and the the company offered little to no assistance. The only troubleshooting method they offer is via an email like chat on their website, it took over two months of troubleshooting for them to admit the product had failed and at that point they told me they couldn't process the return.
