The front part feels like someone is holding your boy and keeping it in place as well gives that extra enhance look. So if you are shy you might want to think about that because things can be very noticeable especially when you wear sweatpants. The only complaint I have is the cost for one single pair other than that I am a happy camper and my wife loves them on me so that is a plus ...

This is a no-brainer! The "essentials" stay where they are supposed to stay...and the visuals from the front and side are flattering...if that's something one wants to see. I have another pair that are not mesh and I don't feel much difference between the two pair. Both are easy to wear and feel just fine!
