**Q: Does this come with the pen?**
A: Mine came with no pen, no keyboard.  Meanwhile the main photo of this product has both.  Now I can see not including the keyboard, but no pen?!?  I contacted the seller, hopefully they'll make it right.   The item description says, "Use the included Surface pen...".

**Q: What are the ports**
A: On the first page of a booklet, that is included is a diagram, labeling the tablet. They include , Headset Jack, Power Button, Volume, Mini Display Port, USB 3.0, Surface Connect, microSD card reader.I don't know if this is what your looking for but this is what I know. I bought this for my daughter who is in college but I don't get to use it.

**Q: Does this (certificate refurbished) come with original charger?**
A: It did come with the factory charger, but its been back to Asurion 4 times so far for work.. twice for the charger, twice for screen problems not related to damage or dropping..  Im not impressed

**Q: What cpu dose the [i5 8g 256g] surface have? why i see the gpu is hd515? it should be i5-7300u with hd 620**
A: It won't matter. Slow as hell. No video RAM. This is OK for surfing the web or word processing. Not much more.
