Review: Discoloration when arrived -- problems solved with help of Neewer Customer Service! - UPDATE on 10-5-2020: I received a holder clip from LimoStudio that the customer service guy at Neewer suggested and it worked perfectly with my existing stand and the Neewer backdrop. Oh, did I mention that I received the new backdrop last week ... in pristine condition. UPDATE on 9-28-2020: Neewer contacted me directly to resolve my issue. They are going to send me a new backdrop and I am going to return the original backdrop. Further to this, they are helping me figure out what to do about the stand. What an awesome company to go to this extent!! I bought this to use when I have zoom meetings. It does work well for that. However, when I received my background, it looked like there was a rather large spot from getting wet. I notified the company and they reduced the price by $5 ... wow. Anyway, the spot is not showing up when I use it. I bought a stand to use with it that barely holds it and can easily fall off. The one I bought is the "Emart T-Shape Portable Background Backdrop Support Stand Kit 5ft Wide 8.5ft Tall Adjustable Photo Backdrop Stand with 4 Spring Clamps". I do not recommend buying this stand for this background. I am going to have to figure out a better way to hang it with the stand. Last but not least, it is a pain to fold up. I had to watch a video on YouTube many times before I got the hang of it without watching. I encourage you to do that because the screen is so large that it is better to be able to fold it up and put it away.

It's a good idea to watch the YouTube video "How to fold a portable green screen -SIMPLE!" for tips on how to fold it back into the zippered sleeve. It did not come with instructions for that. I will suggest the zippered sleeve could be more robust. This one is very thin. It is not wrinkle free, but the wrinkles stretch out to almost negligible after a while if you leave it open. Would buy again.

**Q: How does the product stand up?**
A: You have to use a collapsible background stand, but from my experiences with this product, expect it to be warped/bent...and not perfectly upright as it should

**Q: Is it hand stitched or custom made? Is that why it takes 3 to 5 weeks?**
A: These are basically a larger version of those free collapsible frisbees you get every now and then. They literally cost about  .03 cents to make and a drop shipper sells these for a manufacturer overseas, charging almost a 2000% markup. They take so long to get here because they are coming from most likely China and going through customs.

**Q: Does it come in a smaller size?  I don't seem to need a width of 7 feet, and my Zoom meetings are close up.**
A: I had the same thought. However, I found that my 16x9 hi def camera took in a lot of background and I had to move the screen very close to the back of my chair to fully cover the background.

The green/blue screen is a really well constructed. Blue on one side and green on the other. It's a good idea to watch the YouTube video "How to fold a portable green screen -SIMPLE!" for tips on how to fold it back into the zippered sleeve. It did not come with instructions for that. I will suggest the zippered sleeve could be more robust. This one is very thin. It is not wrinkle free, but the wrinkles stretch out to almost negligible after a while if you leave it open. Would buy again.

This thing works quite well. The internal spring edge holds it quite taught, eliminating all wrinkles. But the internal spring is apparently much wider than the springs in the screens that people make "How to fold it up again" videos with. While I've watched at least five of these vids, each with its own "foolproof" technique, all I've managed is one helluva rigorous cardio-workout.
