I used to need Chap Stick every hour or two or my lips would become extremely uncomfortable making it hard to focus on anything but getting my hands on some. Within a few weeks of switching I can go hours, sometimes a majority of the day, without thinking about it much. I’m to a point now where I could probably walk away cold turkey with just a week or so of minor discomfort but I’ve got some more important health related things to take care of that are a much higher priority than this.
