A: It is made in Des Plaines, Illinois. They make these for Snap On tools. Very accurate tool.

**Q: Would this work for injector height on a isx cummins**
A: Absolutely it will. This is actually the one you need unless you could find another with a lower working range, say 0-30 inlb. Not sure if the other answers realized what you're asking. The Cummins sets height using a inlb reading. Not like a Series60 that needs an actual height measurement.
