Ok you might need to remortgage the house or sell one of the children but it is a fantastic book. It is NOT cheap. It is huge and heavy. (Makes a nice small coffee table) It has some beautiful photographs and a lot of history of culture and development of all things pizza. There are recipes and guides, but some might not be easy for the beginner.
