Was able to wear these directly out the box all day for work with no discomfort of any kind. They are very, very comfortable with excellent arch support. I have received multiple compliments on these shoes. I hesitated initially because of the hefty price tag, but so glad I took the plunge and bought them. They look like a million bucks with shorts, skirts, jeans, pants and can go from work to an evening out, just like my Dansko dress shoes.Don't hesitate a second, order these now while they are in stock.Just a little note-the buckle strap does rotate during the day and moves up to the t strap, but I'm not bothered a bit by this and rather like the look. I have higher than average arches and was concerned they would be uncomfortable so I returned. True to size in length, slightly wide for my narrow feet but do-able. The shoe fit - no toes hanging over the edge; fit was comfortable.My issues were with the buckle and strap.
