It will only accept DEWALT 20V/60V Max FLEXVOLT batteries. **Q: Does dewalt make a dust collector for this unit?** A: yes. they have a few shrouds available now that can be connected to a vac / dust collector as long as you're using a dewalt vac or get the correct hose connector accessory (unfort. dewalt makes this process a challenge when connecting various tools & standard vac hose sizes). I found a 3-piece kit at home depot that works w my ridgid 2.5" & ryobi 1 7/8" vac hoses & most of my dewalt tools. Aside from that, you can get 2 different tuck-point shrouds w rollers & a depth gauge as well as surface grinding shrouds for up to 6". Honestly, do people take time to answer questions when they actually have no idea what they're talking about??? Hope this helps **Q: Will this work to take bark off of trees?** A: I wouldn't use a grinder for that purpose.
