Works great. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable for all day use *by T***9 on January 1, 2025* I bought two of these headband covers, one for a work headset and one for a Bose headset. I have a smaller head and had issues with ear cups not sitting right over my ears and with sore spots on the top of my skull from the bands after an hour or so of use. After I put these covers on, I was able to wear my headset for the entire day without discomfort. No more sore spot. The padding added just enough to the band to also help the ear cups sit over my ears better.
