The videos they show are terrible, with the thing stuck out in plain sight, while in fact you can fit them extremely discretely, and on my bike you don't even notice it.There are only two minor issues I've experienced:1. The light is *always on* with the ignition. I keep meaning to draw over it with a permanent marker, as I don't need a blue glowing dot on the side of my bike all the time2. It's really difficult to work out if it's working or not! Sure, the LED does what it claims, but at an average of one-drop every 5 minutes, it's difficult to be sure it's doing anything. When I first installed it I tried pressurising the reservoir to 'prime' the delivery tube, and a drop of oil appeared, so I assume it's working fine, but I wonder if some form of 'prime mode' would have been nice to show that gravity is indeed working in your favour, that you have no kinks or blockages, and oil will indeed be dropping out at the configured rate when it's running normallySo, on the assumption it is working, I'd rate this as five stars for convenience, ease of installation, and the design of things like the (very difficult to bend) final oil delivery tube that is incredibly simple yet so much better than the Scottoiler system.If this gives me the 50,000K of city driving on one sprocket and chain that my Scottoiler gave me, it's a very worthwhile investment. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great customer service - slightly tricky install. *by P***E on July 4, 2016* This is a qualified review based on limited experience & I'll update later after putting some miles on with the unit. If it continues to do what I think it will I'll probably up this to "4 1/2" stars.I'll preface this by saying that I am not a professional mechanic, but am experienced in working on my bikes and installing accessories (not just fringe). I picked this up based on some good reviews that I had seen online (of course). Installation seemed straightforward with a couple of tricky parts. First, the tube that delivers the oil to the chain isn't what I expected - I found it difficult to bend properly. It's a steel rod (think a little smaller than coathanger diameter), surrounded by a plastic tube filled with oil. Once you have that concept in mind, you can work with it and bend it into place. Play with it a bit, and you'll get a feel for it.Electrical wiring seemed straightforward - I was able to tap into an accessory outlet for the 12v wiring, the unit seemed to light up OK, and didn't quite respond the way I expected. The bad news is that I wasn't exactly sure if things were working correctly or not - the good news is that with a couple of emails to Cameleon, issues were cleared up. The customer service was exceptional - they worked with me and suggested some items, and I was able to get issues resolved. The big problem appears to be that it can draw more electrical current than some circuits can provide. I wired it directly into my auxiliary fuse box, and as of today the unit seems to be working fine. I've also made some suggestions to Cameleon as to how they may clarify their documentation (i.e. just what the flashing LED on the unit should look like). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This one is the best. *by B***W on March 25, 2017* Simple and effective.
