I always hated how the stick-on felt pads you put on chair legs never seemed to stay put, either because of low quantity / quality of the adhesive, or careless kids, or any number of other reasons. These have held up beautifully, with minimal wear on the pad after a few years of use. Easy to install, and once installed, they don't shift or move. Chairs, stools, table, patio furniture, etc. These do fit most legs fairly snugly. They really help mobility, and have not come off after a few months of use. The square legs are a bit tough to get on, but stay in place once seated. They are not the prettiest things, but most people don't even notice they are even on the chairs. I put them on patio furniture as well, and they are holding up well outside. If your chairs have skinny legs, they are not as secured, but they still stay in place, and we've not had an issue with any of these coming apart, slipping off, or tearing (which I thought would happen over the fat square legs, but they didn't).
