I drain the water below the tile line and apply the solution (I use a spray bottle) on dry tile in 5' sections. I found that the pour nozzle doesn't allow for even coverage. Let it set for a couple minutes (DO NOT LET IT DRY) and I brush with a nylon head on a waterproof electric spin scrubber. Keep the hose handy, you need to rinse off that residue after you scrub it.
