Review: **The Perfect Sling Bag for Small Dogs – Comfortable & Convenient!** - **The Perfect Sling Bag for Small Dogs – Comfortable & Convenient!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I can’t say enough good things about this **pet carrier sling bag** – it’s an absolute **game-changer** for me and my dog! I’m 5 feet tall, and finding a sling bag that fits just right can be tricky, but this one has the perfect **strap length** for my height. It’s incredibly comfortable to wear, and I can carry my dog around all day without any strain on my shoulder or back. What I love most is how **comfortable** my dog is in it. I have a **Toy Poodle** who weighed just **4 lbs** when I first started using it, and now she’s **8 lbs**, and this bag still works perfectly for her. She *eagerly hops* right in every time I present it to her – she knows it’s her special ride! The material is soft, and the bag is designed in a way that keeps her cozy while still being breathable. She feels secure, and I love how she’s snug inside without feeling cramped. Plus, the bag has a **safety strap** that attaches to her harness, so I never have to worry about her falling out or getting startled. I’ve tried several other pet sling bags, but this one is **by far my favorite**! It’s also **super easy to clean** – I’ve washed it a few times already and noticed **no shrinkage** or fading, which is a huge bonus. Another great feature is the **two outside pockets**. They’re the perfect size for my **sunglasses**, **wallet**, and **car keys**. I don’t even need to carry a purse anymore when I take my dog out! It’s such a **convenient all-in-one** solution, especially when I’m running errands or popping into stores with her. This sling bag has **completely changed** how I take my dog on outings. It’s safe, comfortable, and stylish. If you're looking for a bag that will make your life easier and your pet feel happy and secure, **I highly recommend** this one! --- This addition about your Toy Poodle’s weight range should make the review even more relatable to potential buyers with small dogs!
Review: So far so good - Very comfortable for me, and seems to be comfortable for my 9lb Rosabel too, although as you can see from the pictures, she's resting in a sitting or leaning position, not 4 paws on the bottom of the bag, so I'm not sure how comfortable she would be on a long hike in this (I plan to use it for only short periods when she's tired of walking and needs a break, or when in a shop). Wide strap and lightweight makes it easy for me to wear the bag, and the pocket seems big enough for a wallet (not sure I'd personally want to put a phone in it so close to my pup, but one would fit) and poop bags. The first time I put her in it, she wasn't so sure, but the bag does hold her close to my body, and I think she quickly enjoyed being snuggled and having a different view of everything. (I gave her lots of treats first ride in the bag!) This morning when she was snuggled up by my side on the sofa, I took the opportunity to put the sling down where she had already been lying, and it was easy when we were both sitting for me to put her in and put the strap over my shoulder and go into the bathroom where I took these pics. As you can see, she was pretty relaxed and this is only the second day. Rosabel, my long-haired chihuahua mutt, is 9 lbs or so, and this fits her well. I am 5'5" and like where it comes on my body (see photos). I do tend to support the bag with one arm/hand, but I also did dishes, took the photos, and made myself a sandwich using two hands while she just watched quietly, so hands-free is definitely doable and seems safe for brief periods if you dog is resting quietly. The bag seems sturdy, but it's only the second day and I will keep an eye on the stitching. I don't use the "safety strap" because I will feel her struggle long before she could jump out, and the safety strap and clasp just wouldn't hold a 9 lb dog in if she really was struggling. Maybe it would add safety for a tiny 3 lb dog, but I wonder if it is more false security? The bag wouldn't be safe if a dog doesn't want to be in it, and it would be a long fall. But as I said, my dog adjusted pretty quickly with treats and the view and the cuddliing. If your dog is a cuddler, I should think it will take to the bag pretty quickly if you're patient and positive. I've kept her in it for less than an hour at a time. I also ordered a different pet sling/bag which hasn't arrived yet and will update this review when I've had a chance to compare and contrast them.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our 9 week old 3.7lb ChiChi loves it!! Calms him right down!
*by A***Y on August 27, 2025*

It doesn’t feel like much, but we love it and the puppy loves it too! And it’s not foofoo like some of them are. Much more my style!! So cute wearing it! Matches all my outfits! It’s kind of a thin material. Nothing special to it, but it’s the perfect size for our 9 week old 3.7 pound Chihuahua puppy. He doesn’t fight to get out of it. He just sits in it, comfortably, and feels safe and loved. 🥰 And it frees up my hands too, which is amazing! I’m 5’10” and it’s the perfect length for me. We love it and will buy it again! The quality is a little on the cheaper side (thin material) but the good definitely outweighs! We live in South Florida and it’s summer time, so it’s hot in our state 🥵 but the bag doesn’t seem to bother him at all! So I assume that’s why the material is light. Very easy to use too! It’s important to me to be able to scoop him up and put him in it easily and quickly, and so far it’s very easy to use! I will definitely purchase this again, as I said before! I would like to see another version come out that’s a little bit better quality material, and maybe some pocket improvements, but as I stated, I am extremely happy with this purchase and I’m grateful they made it! Thank you! Definitely give it a try! We love our new doggie bag!! 🐶
