One downside is of course this tool takes more care, having an LCD screen, etc., so don't give to your apprentice to beat up.

This tool saved the day and showed the boss his minisplit installer either sucks at guessing or is weak... either way watching the number climb while you getting things to torque and hearing the beep made my day.
