Overall very happy as this hose reel is extremely sturdy and well built and doesn’t flex or twist at all. Easy to install and looks great when mounted.

Looks and feels very sturdy. I did a little custom work on mine had to wash it with Dawn so I could get the tape to stick for masking around the star. Ease of installation i rated three stars since the company did not supply anchors and screws which may have cost them a extra dollar fifty. Instead had to run to the Hardware store ( Lowe's ) to pick some up. Installing tomorrow.
