It contains stevia and a small amount of cane sugar. 10 calories worth of the latter. It has a mild lime flavor and could be mixed with other drinks besides water to add extra flavor. It's great for taking to the gym, hiking, and traveling. Also good when at the beach and the water tastes nasty. I use these when going out to eat. I order water and empty in a pack or two of the True Lime. I've saved money and not had to drink nasty tasting kitchen tap water.
