Can you write directly on the bottles?** A: Depends on the contents. You can use a sharpie perminent marker. If chemicals are in the bottles and depending on the chemical, the markings from the sharpie can be removed if it gets on the outside of the bottle. You can also use a label machine/stickers to mark the contents.You can use different colored tapes.You can dip them in glue and use different colors of glitter.The possibilities are endless. :) **Q: Question can you use these to put craft paint in** A: Yes, I use them for this exclusively. I do acrylic pour painting and it's great not just for mixing but for pouring **Q: Is it just me or do these bottles have extremely narrow tips making it difficult to dispense generous amounts of gravy?should i cut at the tip?** A: I too cut the tip for thicker sauces etc. and label that bottle to be used just for such.
