**Q: Does the Linux driver support 5ghz as well as 2.4ghz?**
A: Yes , so far it worked for Ubuntu, LMDE 4 and everything else I wanted it for.

**Q: Is this truly plug and play with windows 7? system is windows home premium, no cd/dvd drive.**
A: Hi, This BrosTrend AC2 supports plug and play with Windows 7 and Windows 10.
If the plug and play did not work in your side, you can also download the Driver from below link, then you can follow the manual to install it on your computer, the installation of Drier may takes about 3 to 5 minutes to finish.

A: Hi, the chipset of this Linux USB WiFi adapter is REALTEK RTL8821CU. Currently, our driver works on Debian based Linux OSes, such as Ubuntu, Kali and Linux Mint. The driver supports kernels up to 5.11. Internet connection is a need for driver installation.
