They take some getting used to. Your nose is likely to be sore for a while. Humidity can clog the vent screen but a quick pass on the outside with a cloth is usually enough to clear it. If you tend to sleep with your mouth open, you may not get much benefit from this style. It tends to leave imprints on my cheeks for a bit after I wake up.
