Make sure candles are set to the ON position. 5 Hour On/19 Hour Off Timer function is operated manually. This remote is designed to turn on and turn off candles within a 15 foot radius. Most candles will be activated one at a time. However, multiple candles may all light with the same individual press of a button when grouped closely together. Luminara Flameless Candles are made with real paraffin wax and use the proprietary Real-Flame Effect. With just a push of the button, you can fill your living space with flickering lights as gentle as and cozy as traditional candles without the hassle. **Q: Will one remote be good for 3 candles at once?**
A: if the candles are within 4ft of each other they should light at the same time.  but sometimes they don't and it is no big deal i don't believe.  the remote is a superior choice over the timer function of the candle and will let you turn your candles on easily when you want them tp perform for you

**Q: How do you get the back off, my remote does not work and it is new.**

**Q: I have purchased two remote control candles.  Love the candles, but neither remote works. Also there are no instructions.**
A: I have 2 candles.  the remote works on one and not the other...not sure why.  As far as instructions, you just click "on" or "off".  The candles cannot be in timer mode or it won't work.

**Q: Will the remote work with the Luminara Candle I have already purchased?**
A: the remote will work just fine with you Luminara candle.  I purchased my candles separately from Amazon & QVC - the remotes work very well with all of them.
