Product is good but need quality check before dispatching
The product is very good, quality is also up to mark. Only problem I faced that 1 zip was not working this could have checked before dispatch. I did it returned product as I was already aligned for a trip and used the same bag. But considering paying 7k this faulty zip is not acceptable. Edit 1: # handle is good # it makes lots of noise while Carrie go on wheels

Used it only once since I bought it. Quality seems to be good and product design is perfect for a 2 day business or work tour. Value for money

Avoid buying it
The bag is too big and heavy and is not suitable for cabin baggage. The bag itself weighs around 5 KGs and with minimum stuffs weighes more than 7 KGs. Many times the airlines are not allowing it as cabin baggage.
