**Q: Is it red to battery, white to coat?**
A: There’s only one way you can plug it in.

**Q: I have the heated boot warmers.  I do not have this controller and they barely get warm.  I thought they’d run at 100% heat without.  Is this the fix?**
A: You should contact gerber, they should run 100 % without controller

**Q: Does this come with the connections to wire it to the battery or will I need to order that separately?**
A: A battery connection is supplied with each garment (gloves, jacket, etc...) but you can also find one here:http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00H994BFU

**Q: can it work both gloves and jacket at same time**
A: It could BUT gloves and jacket would be at the same "heat" setting and you might not need the same setting for both.  i.e. If you have a windscreen on your ride and wear your heated jacket liner with an undershirt, and jacket your core body could be warm on a medium setting but you hands (not protected by the windscreen) could be very cold and need a higher heat setting.
