The ICY Hot Max with just Lidocaine rollerball, does not work at all for my lower back pain, everyone is different. The icy hot advanced seems to work the best for me. **Q: This says it has menthol, I got some and it doesn't seem to get warm. Did I get a bad batch?** A: No not a bad batch. It didn't work for me either.
