Now that I got it, it is amazing! You can see the structure and where the fish are holding in relation to the structure. Wait... is this cheating? I don't know, but the fish don't have a chance! Review: You have to give the use standard 2d sonar - 4 hour wait time on phone for 4_hours to fix my sonar not working. Turns out the 2 d sonar will not work with 3d structure scan-something they don't mention in the description. Images were not all the great even though my transducer was set up perfectly. It is complete. **Q: What transduce goes with this unit?** A: you need a 3D Transducer **Q: what is the part number?** A: I don't know the part number. This will be the 3D scan module and 3d transducer you need for an HDS Gen 3 unit. **Q: wich devices can work with it?** A: I was on the same question for a while, The head device can only work Lowrance GEN 3, Which I have GEN 2, for this I am losing the 3D View function.Also it works with SIMRAD as far as i see most of the youtube film are running on Lowrance GEN 3 and SIMRAD. I recommend SIMRAD because also work good with 4G radar if you have and with overlay function for chart and structure scan and Dule radar screen function.In the setup I was lost for a while because on the sonar list i didn't see some thing called 3D structurescan.
