A: I have no idea..never heard of Swiss Madison. Caroma toilets are made in Australia if that helps.

**Q: Is it possible to just replace the springs inside the push buttons?**
A: Yes, it is possible to replace the springs inside the button assembly. I have done it. The problem will be finding the right size spring

**Q: don't need dual flush button kit, just the bezel bar?**
