Review: Great Cups! - Been using Josh's Frogs fruit fly cups for years and they are super great to make cultures out of! Very spacious cups for more production, but also easy to get flies out of when you need them in comparison to the very short fruit fly cultures I've seen at stores sometimes. Fabric lid is great for ventilation without flies escaping. My only gripe is I wish they weren't so expensive for plastic cups. Review: The perfect fruit fly cups - I buy these every time now. Much better than the pin hole lids. Keep the flies in and have never had a crashed culture using these. ## Features - TALL 32oz cups ideal for rearing fruit flies, waxworms, and other feeder insects that need more height - FABRIC LIDS make it impossible for small bugs to escape and provide high ventilation - CORRECT LID for high humidity environments during storage of fruit fly cultures - 20 PACK (20 lids and 20 cups) - More fruit fly culturing supplies and live fruit flies from Josh's Frogs ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B096CV45C1 | | Best Sellers Rank | #209,134 in Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Kitchen ) #1,253 in Disposable Cups | | Brand | Josh's Frogs | | Brand Name | Josh's Frogs | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 194 Reviews | | Included Components | Lid | | Item Weight | 1.06 Pounds | | Item weight | 1.06 Pounds | | Liquid Volume | 227.3 Milliliters | | Liquid volume | 227.3 Milliliters | | Manufacturer | Josh's Frogs | | Special Features | Leak Proof | | Special features | Leak Proof | | Target Species | Insects | | Target species | Insects | | UPC | 810034582386 | | Unit Count | 20.0 Count | | Unit count | 20.0 Count | ## Product Details - **Item weight:** 481 g - **Liquid volume:** 227.3 Milliliters - **Brand:** Josh's Frogs - **Target species:** Insects - **UPC:** 810034582386 ## Images ![Josh's Frogs 32 oz Fruit Fly Cup and Fabric Lid- 20 Pack - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41Dc7Y6H2aS.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Cups! *by J***N on 17 June 2026* Been using Josh's Frogs fruit fly cups for years and they are super great to make cultures out of! Keep the flies in and have never had a crashed culture using these. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not see through and cheap *by J***E on 14 June 2022* The cups are very flimsy, so if you press down to hard the cups will break. But if you take the lid of and on it will eventually fit better. The cups are also not see through they are more opaque with about a 1 inch section at the top where it’s clear. But they are the cheapest I can find them so I will purchase again. ## Frequently Bought Together - Josh's Frogs 32 oz Fruit Fly Cup and Fabric Lid- 20 Pack - Josh's Frogs Excelsior (Makes 20 Fruit Fly Cultures) 9.2oz - Josh's Frogs The Best MELANOGASTER Fruit Fly Food Media (3 lbs/2.7 Quarts - Makes 20 Fruit Fly Cultures) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.at/products/344123872-joshs-frogs-32-oz-fruit-fly-cup-and-fabric-lid](https://www.desertcart.at/products/344123872-joshs-frogs-32-oz-fruit-fly-cup-and-fabric-lid) --- *Product available on Desertcart Austria* *Store origin: AT* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
