    Picture inaccurate, only 4 non recessed mounting holes.

Only 4 mounting holes drilled. Picture advertised show multiple configurations which why I purchased did to tight spacing issues. If delivered as advertised would have easy install, instead cost me 2 hours of measuring and working on the drill press. However, holes perfect fit for predator 212cc and aluminum thick to raise motor.
