## Description

In late 1998, TOPS Knives was founded with a mission to create the highest-quality knives around. Our Knives are tools, designed and built using the extensive knowledge and real life experiences of many Operators with backgrounds in Military, Law Enforcement, outdoor professions, and Martial Arts. Specifically, we have worked with designers with backgrounds ranging from Navy Seals to Airborne Rangers, from Martial Arts instructors to survival experts, and from SWAT Team Members to Native American weapons experts. We have a designer from nearly every background that uses hard-core knives. Perhaps the best part, all TOPS fixed blades are manufactured and hand-finished at our facility in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, USA.

A: It comes with a black leather belt sheath, hope that helps a bit.

**Q: Is the blade acid washed on this version?**
A: tops calls the finish stone washed I,m not sure of their method. in creating the finish

**Q: Does the spine have a 90° "sharp"edge to use with a ferro rod to strike sparks or is it slightly rounded?**
A: Edge has about a .015" radius. This plus the coating makes it hard to strike a ferro rod. You could grind or file a small flat, but you would need to keep the area heavily oiled as the steel is easily corroded. Hope this helps.

**Q: Does the item come with the certificate of authenticity that "tops knives" provides with their knives?**
A: He didnt ask if you whistle with yours I think he wanted to know if Amazon is selling genuine tops knives. Geez the intelligence of some of these replies why do they even bother
