My bike rack wobbled around so much I didn't trust putting my bike on it. After ZERO response from the seller I opened a refund, but quickly found I wouldn't get the $20 I paid in shipping back. I had to go through the hassle of an A-Z claim because the item was not as advertised and seller unresponsive.
