Not crunchy-hard like gel, but pretty firm. - You can reshape/style your hair after it sets with just a little bit of water, although, it won't hold as well after a reshape. Use as little water as possible to reshape. Cons: - If your touch your hair too much, pull a shirt over your head, or get some windy conditions, it will break down. - Takes quite a bit of the product to lock my hair into place. - Expensive.
