That said, Retro Games Ltd. did the same exact thing with the thec64 Mini, and then made the full sized version with functional keyboard later. I could see them doing that with this as well. Buy this for what it is (which is really cool) and they will have money to make more cool stuff - I want a full size The1200 with functional keyboard next! **Q: How many usb ports does this have? The C64 Mini really needed one more usb port.** A: The A500 has 3 built in USB slots: one for the mouse, one for the gamepad, and one for a USB mass storage device. Any cheap USB hub will work if you need extra ports, i.e. for a second gamepad or joystick. *However* Be aware that only one USB mass storage device can be recognized at a time by the A500. If you have, say, two thumb sticks inserted at once, or a thumb stick in one port and a floppy drive in another port, the A500 will ignore one or the other.
